PartsPro is currently experiencing an issue where users are receiving “PartsPro is having server problem” message appearing when they are clicking on the Tree/Grid view button.
Please find the below instruction to clear cookies and allow the application function properly on Tree view.
1) Press ctrl+f5 and see if it resolves the issue.
2) If it doesn’t resolve the issue then we need to clear the cookies.
3) In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history. Select the Cookies and website data check box, and then select Delete
