        Due to the importance of the follow-up information, the accuracy of your business email address and phone number are critical.


                            Please select all the Daimler Trucks North America vehicle brands you operate. A corresponding box will appear requiring the last six digits of a vehicle serial number. For your convenience, only one serial number for each vehicle brand is needed for the accurate verification and release of technical information for all the vehicles registered to you in our Warranty Department.

                            NOTE: If you are NOT listed as the Registered Owner at DTNA for the Serial Number entered, your request will be denied.  If you are unsure, please contact your local dealer's Warranty Department.  


                            Please identify the Daimler Trucks North America dealer in your area with whom you typically do business.

                              All Vehicles must be Warranty Registered

                              Please work with your local dealer to ensure that all of the trucks you own are warranty registered.  DTNA applications use the warranty registration database to determine which vehicle details you can view. 

                              Please note: The most common reason for Fleet request denials is due to incorrect information in the Warranty Registration Database.  If you are unsure if the VIN/Serial you are submitting with your request is warranty registered or you receive a denial, please contact your local dealer.
